So without giving anything away, I would describe this as a fantasy adventure that reminded me of Princess Bride or Willow. The humor and characters reminds me of Terry Pratchett's writing. This is not going to leave you hanging like other authors on Amazon, this is a complete story and it has a good pace all the way through with no gaps or flaws (although I did stay up till 2 am to finish because I was enjoying it so much.) It would also be appropriate for all ages. I hope lots of people have interest so the author will write more in this world!Product details

Meghan needs a Dragon.... She is able to do magic, but can't let anyone know. She works hard and one day everything changes. Her adventure keeps this book fun and exciting as she moves along in her quest.
Read this after I finished the Union Station series, and it was ok, just not quite as interesting to me as that. Still a pretty good story though it seemed a bit unfinished.
This is a well written book that is appropriate for all ages. It is a fun read with interesting characters. The development of the story and characters proceeds at a good pace, although the ending completes quickly. The ending does wrap up all of the pieces. It is an enjoyable read.
I saw in the afterword that the author wanted to write a story where the fate of the world doesn't rest on the protagonists' shoulders. Fine. But /something/ needs to happen! Even if it's just emotions.
The main characters were supposed to be romantic?? They had no chemistry and both were unlikable.
The climax that's built up to is suddenly resolved by a deus ex machina, the mystery is boringly explained at the end.
I literally read to waste time because I'm housebound and bored out of my skull and I still feel like this was a waste of my time.
The only good thing is how the magic in this world works. It's kinda neat. Actually makes me madder about how crappy the story was.
This book, as well as the Union Station series, provides nice easy reading. Great for when you want something to read that has a nice steady plot that is easy to pick back up. I bring my along for appointment reading. It seems like you get to an appointment fifteen minutes early to get seen fifteen minuets late.
I've read the entire union Station series, and decided to try this. It was a fun lightheaded story with some great insight into people's interactions, and Dragons! I chuckled a lot, a hard thing to do with most sci/fi or fantasy these days! Thank you Mr. Foner!

I have been enjoying the Union Station series by the same author and took a break when I saw this title. The story is original with some interesting twists. Dragon stories are favorites of mine, so it is always fun to find an author with a new slant on them. Enjoyable characters, well written dialog, and enough variety to satisfy all.
